Right now I am at .95% ODR, from one other A-Z claim that AZ incorrectly faulted me with. If I let the customer file this current A-Z claim then it will put me above 1%. (I still have at least a day before the customer can file A-Z, still time to refund)
How do I handle this?
Can I refund the customer to avoid the order defect and then seek the refund from Amazon myself? Thank you!
