So I am selling a product on Amazon that may cause choking. It’s not food, and it’s not meant to be ingested. (Its a part of fidget spinners). How do I sell this product and avoid issues with the law? Or should I find a new product? Would I be liable if a child ingested it, even with all the warnings I put, and the age standard? 8 years and above?
