Hello, I'm sorry I must bother you on this subreddit but while I am not a seller, I must ask the experts for their opinion on this matter.
I have recently made a purchase for a Graphics Card on Amazon, and it was listed as being sold by a seller going by the name of Ergotrade.
This person had 3 extremely positive reviews on their account, so I thought that it wouldn't hurt to go for their product.
The item was supposed to arrive today, yet it hasn't even begun shipment, there's no tracking code, but the payment has gone through, the money is not on my card anymore, and even the Amazon Support has told me there is something weird with this happening.
Yesterday, I contacted the selles in hopes of asking them when they were gonna send the package, and they responded today by trying to scam me with the classic IBAN bank transfer.
This immediately rung a red alert, so I decided to check the profile and contact the Amazon Customer Support.
The seller now had 5 new negative reviews from other people who they tried to scam, and the Customer Support told me I'm gonna have to wait 2 days to give him time to give me my money back before I can file a request for an AtoZ.
I'm unsure whether I should just wait or if there's something else I'm supposed to do.
What happens if the seller refuses to give me my money back?
